SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION

Shipping methods:
Esoteric Body ships via USPS. When you place your order, you will be able to select from US Postal Service First-Class, Priority, Express, Global Priority, or Global Express. All shipping methods come with Delivery Confirmation when available.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates depend on the options you choose. They are based on the size and weight of your order, where the order is being shipped, and the shipping method you choose. To estimate shipping costs, place an item in your cart and then click the Proceed to checkout button. On the order confirmation page, you can play with different shipping options to calculate your preferred delivery time and shipping rate.

Shipping Times:
 When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can generate a shipping estimate once you place an item in your shopping cart. This information will also be sent to you via email as part of your order confirmation once you make the purchase.

Shipping Locations:
Esoteric Body ships your order from our studio in San Francisco. We can ship to virtually any address, including international destinations. Please see Shipping Rates and Shipping Times for further details.
 
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
    2. or
  2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause below.
Due to the nature of the organic materials we use, jewelry returns cannot be accepted, unless there has been a mistake on our part which would include a sizing error, incorrect product shipped, or damaged goods during shipping). We will not accept returns if you have ordered the wrong quantity, size, style, or material. Returns of unworn merchandise may be refunded or exchanged for credit only with prior approval.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The rights to return the goods to us as referred above will not apply in the following circumstances: -
  1. in the event that the product has been used.
  2. to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
