To order, please e-mail us at esotericbody@gmail.com(a valid resale number will be required). If you are located within CALIFORNIA, you must download,complete and return a BOE 230 form to me.

All pairs will be matched as close as possible, but please bear in mind that these are hand-made pieces and will have unique characteristics, color, shape. Please specify all dimensions of the plug/plugs you desire; I will work in both Metric and American standard systems. Some of the wood species may go out of availability depending what is currently in stock at the supply houses. Delivery times are usually 2 to 8 weeks for small orders and 8 to 12 weeks for large orders, but this may vary depending on current order volume. Please give me a call to find out my current processing times. Please note that Esoteric Body cannot be responsible for color accuracy of the jewelry that you see on this site, as all computer monitors experience color shifts with age and use.

Policies

All COD orders are shipped Fed Ex, Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day services.

All Prepaid orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All orders are shipped C.O.D. unless other arrangement are made such as prepayment with Money Order or Bank Draft or Paypal.The first three orders must be paid by Bank Draft or Money Order. If your check is returned non-sufficant funds, I will add a $25 service charge to the amount owed.

All Funds Must Be In U.S. Dollars.

All jewelry is sold in non-sterile form only.

Esoteric Body guarantees all jewelry and products manufactured by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We do not perform any independent analysis on the products not manufactured by us. Manufacturer's factory warranties apply for products we do not manufacture. All products are sold as is. Because customer satisfaction is our primary concern, please contact us should you experience difficulty with any of our products that you purchase from us. Esoteric Body does not assume, and expressly disclaims any obligation to obtain and include information other than that provided to us by the manufacturer.
